Asian Sales Specialist

USORCE is seeking for passionate and dedicated Sales ProfessionalsThis position is responsible for developing new business opportunities in the natural supplement, food and beverage, and nutrition markets for our products. The position is responsible for achieving the budgeted sales, profits, operating income within sales expense budget, and develop new accounts and build cooperative relationships with key customers and industry groups to strengthen the integration of USORCE Health products all over the world. This position is based in our office in Redmond, WA.Major Responsibilities:Identify and sell to prospective wholesale customers and end users. Contact through to them, schedule business meetings in order to present to, engage and negotiate with key decision makers, establishing relationships with the customers’ organization, executing, documenting and maintaining sufficient customer sales projects to exceed sales growth expectations, continue to build on business relationships after sales.

  • Obtaining meetings with new customers each month
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, weekly work plans, call reports, etc. For review and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing international marketing plan.
  • Creates, maintains and updates sales, marketing, and promo materials to support sales.
  • Cooperating with product development efforts by identify and provide feedbacks and the markets’ specific needs.
  • Prepare and Represent USORCE Health in international tradeshows, conferences, and events.
  • Build and maintains updated professional and technical knowledge of the product by attending training, reviewing professional publications and other resources.
  • Monitors competitors by gathering current marketplace information on trends, pricing, products, etc. and stays current with client needs, competition and industry trends.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, prefer major in Business, Marketing, Science, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, or Food Science.
  • Prefer to have nutrition or medicine sales background or knowledge and related sales or product development experiences in food, beverage, personal care, health and nutrition, dietary supplements, or medical industry.
  • The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with peers and all levels of management.
  • Action oriented with a can-do, positive attitude, inspiring others around to adopt a winning spirit
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-driven and a desire to make an immediate contribution and willing to start at the ground floor and scale
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and the ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment with limited resources

 Position Overview:
The USORCE Team is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a natural obsession with online social behavior. In this role, you will be the primary caretaker of USORCE’s social accounts; strategizing, creating and curating content, scheduling, listening, and monitoring/engaging fans and customers across all major social platforms. Open communication and transparency, quick response time and excellent organization are essential practices for this great team.

This is an internship to full-time position. You must live in the Seattle area to apply or be willing to relocate.


  • Original content      creation & curation
  • Execution of      social media editorial calendar on a regular basis
  • Diligent daily monitoring      of and response to direct mentions, both public and private, on all      necessary platforms
  • Timely,      transparent communication and responses on a routine basis
  • Research, data      gathering (internal analytics + more) and analysis
  • Competitor      awareness and monitoring
  • Response to,      mediation of, and timely relay of customer support related messages to our      support team
  • Uphold our brand      voice and develop a meaningful, genuine rapport with our online      communities
  • Attend and      participate in several meetings, brainstorm sessions and group work      sessions each week
  • Problem solving      and crisis management as needed
  • Occasional event      support in person and/or virtually



  • 1+ years      professional social media experience (e.g. social media specialist,      manager or engagement specialist/community management)
  • Expert knowledge      of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Bachelor’s      degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or a related field
  • Strong,      relatable social post and editing skills
  • Experience      creating and following a monthly social media content calendar
  • Skilled in      content scheduling via native schedulers and third-party tools
  • Comfortable      using various social media management and analytics tools 
  • Impeccable time      management
  • Natural customer      service skills
  • Grammar and      spelling expertise
  • Experience with photoshop      and/or other online image creators
  • Social and      friendly in nature
  • Must be      comfortable communicating naturally with a wide variety of individuals      online, via video and in person
  • Knowledge of      health, fitness, nutrition and food industries a big plus
